Government members shall continue fulfilling their duties until the formation of the new government.
President Serzh Sargsyan accepted government resignation and signed a decree on the following:
“Guided by the amendments conducted in 2005, based on paragraph 4, Article 55 of RA Constitution, and based on Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan’s resignation, I decided
1. To accept RA Government resignation
2. Government members shall continue fulfilling their duties until the formation of the new government.
3. The following decree enters into force from the moment of its signing.”
