Starting from July 6th Verin Lars checkpoint will be open during daytime, while in a couple days the road will resume its 24-hour long working regime, says the Minister of Transport and Communication. Yet the good news was immediately followed by bad ones – as a result of the recent landslides the nearby mounts are covered with about 5 tons of soil layer, which can tear off again and destroy the road.
