This production of Armenian experts, a laser blinding system was developed still back in the Soviet era and today it is being modernized by Armenian military industry. Thanks to its modern electronic “brain”, this system searches and finds all possible optical devices unseen by the naked eye, among them a video camera, binoculars, sniper target detections, even if the latter are concealed by, for instance, branches.
