Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) invests over 3 million dollars in the construction of a Smart center in Lori. In addition to studying and developing technologies, the visitors have also created agricultural and industrial innovation technologies. Being situated between Dsegh and Debed villages, the technology center will later serve as an educational center for the children from neighboring communities, and as a training center for adults, which will make them competitive in the labor market.
