Prior to starting the sitting the PM met all the powers represented at the National Assembly. The issue of the Circulation Law was discussed. Afterwards the political parties stated they had no common grounds on it.
The Law is not going to be ceased, the "volunteer principle" of implementation was not approved. No views were changed, either, after the 6 factions met the Finance Minister.
The 2013 Report presentation by the Public Television and Radio Company was completed. The Parliament now considers it.
