Russian President Vladimir Putin called on society to unite at the front and in the rear during the pre-election conference of the ruling party. According to him, the brutal Ukrainian attacks on Russia indicate a deterioration in the situation in Kyiv on the front line.
The Kremlin leader stressed that it is the duty of the United Russia party to do everything possible to achieve victory in a special military operation. He noted that despite all the difficulties, Russia is developing. According to Putin, the upcoming State Duma elections will confirm the strength of the state.
And in an interview with a Vesti reporter, the Russian President noted that the proposals for resolving the conflict that are reaching Moscow are “exotic” and “unacceptable.” He stressed that Russia is ready for a dialogue on peace only on the basis of the realities on the ground.
