On August 18, the RA NA President Ruben Rubinyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Greece to the Republic of Armenia Christos Sofianopoulos, who is completing his diplomatic mission in our country.
The RA NA President thanked the Ambassador for his significant contribution to the development of inter-parliamentary relations between the two countries and wished him success in his future work.
In turn, the Ambassador congratulated Ruben Rubinyan on being elected as the NA President.
The parties discussed issues related to the further deepening and strengthening of friendly relations between Armenia and Greece based on common values.
In the context of deepening inter-parliamentary cooperation, the importance of strengthening ties between friendly groups was highlighted.
