Belarus must stop supplying fuel to the Russian army; otherwise, Ukraine will take public measures first and then “other” steps. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made this statement during the “United News” television marathon.
Earlier, on June 19, during a press conference in Kyiv with Honduran President Nasry Asfura, Zelensky stated that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko had one week to remove the repeaters used to guide Russian drone strikes on Ukrainian cities. Otherwise, he warned, Ukraine would do it itself. This deadline expires on June 26.
At the same time, the Ukrainian leader described Belarus as one of the main suppliers of petroleum products to the Russian army and expressed confidence that Lukashenko has the power to “put an end to it,” since “he is the one who controls it.”
Prior to that, in an interview with Al Arabiya, the Belarusian leader apologized for his harsh remarks directed at Zelensky and assured that Minsk would not enter the war.
