Zvartnots International Airport has gained ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation by Airports Council International (ACI) World.
It is the only accreditation program in the airport industry to provide a 360 degree view of customer experience management.
The program helps airports improve customer experience through reviews, training, and staff involvement.
