The Dutch Ambassador to Armenia, Marieke Monroy-Winter, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial on April 24 to pay tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
“Today, the 24th of April, we commemorate the massive [sic] murder of Armenians between 1915 and 1917. We are deeply moved by the tribute of Armenian people for the suffering of their ancestors. We join Armenians and pay respect to all victims and survivors of this tragedy”, the Embassy of the Netherlands
quoted the Ambassador as saying.
