Europe should stop the war and halt funding to Ukraine if it is serious about boosting its economy, Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Thursday as he arrived at talks with EU leaders in Alden Biesen.
"First, stop the war. War is bad for the business. And look for the peace. Second: Don't send your money to somebody else, if you need it for your competitiveness, so don't send the money to Ukraine," Orban told reporters.
PM Orban has previously expressed scepticism about the EU's support for Ukraine.
