Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said there are no undisclosed agreements regarding the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project. He stated that the TRIPP Implementation Framework, signed by him and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and recently published, contains all existing agreements.
“What has been agreed upon is what has been put on paper and made public. There is nothing beyond that which has been agreed; there are no conditions that were raised, agreed upon, but not published,” Mirzoyan said.
The foreign minister emphasized that what has been published is a significant achievement for Armenia, its neighboring countries, and the United States, but it is not a final document. Rather, it stands between the declaration published in Washington on August 8, 2025, and the final legally binding document for the implementation of the project.
