Azerbaijani forces located on Armenia’s sovereign territory must be withdrawn as a result of the work of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border delimitation and demarcation commissions. Armenian minister of defense stressed that this is the government’s position and the solution that will ensure long-term peace in the region.
Responding to a question, Suren Papikyan denied reports that Azerbaijani border guards check Armenian soldiers when ascending positions in Syunik.
