North Korea has fired a ballistic missile towards the sea off its east coast, South Korea's military said on Friday (November 7), Reuters reports.
The Japan Coast Guard said in an alert on Friday that North Korea had fired what could be a ballistic missile.
The reclusive state test-fired sea-to-surface cruise missiles to the west of the Korean peninsula late October, as U.S. President Donald Trump and other leaders gathered in South Korea for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum for various summits and meetings.
