The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan have signed a joint application to the OSCE on the closure of the OSCE Minsk Group processes and related structures. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov, in the presence of the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the United States, initialed the Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
