Armenia has very close cooperation with the EU and at the same time doesn’t seek to cut its ties with Russia, PM Nikol Pashinyan has said.
Speaking at GLOBSEC 2025 in Czechia, Pashinyan was asked about possible EU membership and obstacles on that path.
“Now we have very close cooperation with the EU. But on the other hand, we don’t have a task of cutting our relations with Russia because we are engaged in a balanced and balancing foreign policy. This is our strategy,” Pashinyan said.
