Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan hosted the delegation led by the Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, Armenian Government press office reports.
The Prime Minister welcomed the visit of the Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament to Armenia and emphasized the fact of strong relations between the two countries and peoples. According to Nikol Pashinyan, it is important to further develop cooperation in the political, economic, and cultural spheres. The Prime Minister attached importance to the further development of cooperation in the inter-parliamentary format, which will also give a new impetus to political dialogue.
Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu thanked for the hospitality and conveyed the warm greetings of the President of Kyrgyzstan to the Prime Minister. The Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament noted that they have established close cooperation with the parliamentarians of Armenia and the goal of his visit is to give a new impetus to bilateral relations.
The interlocutors discussed the activities of the inter-parliamentary friendship groups of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, various topics on the agenda of bilateral relations, as well as other issues of regional importance.
