The RA NA President Alen Simonyan, being on a working visit in the Russian Federation, took part in the meeting of the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly (IPA) of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), during which the Council approved the agenda of the IPA CIS plenary meeting to be held on April 18.
