Armenia's President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree appointing Paruyr Hovhannisyan as Permanent Representative of Armenia to the United Nations.
Hovhannisyan’s respective diplomatic residence will be in New York.
Earlier, we reported that Paruyr Hovhannisyan was relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
