Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Azerbaijan had a telephone conversation. Hakan Fidan and Jeyhun Bayramov discussed issues related to regional and international security, as well as bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
The crash of the Baku-Grozny flight was addressed. Fidan expressed readiness to support on behalf of Turkey.
The parties also discussed the situation in the Middle East, including Syria, and the issue of providing humanitarian aid.
