Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Chairman of People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow on his appointment. The message reads as follows:

I heartily congratulate you on being bestowed with the status of the national leader of Turkmenistan and your appointment as the chairman of the highest representative body, Halk Maslahaty.
I am confident that you, as the national leader of the Turkmen people, will continue to contribute to the sustainable development and prosperity of Turkmenistan.
I remember our meetings with great satisfaction and warmth, during which new prospects for the development of the bilateral agenda were outlined.
