Today Armenia presented new proof to the ECHR on the Armenian captured soldiers because of the military activities on November 16. Yeghishe Kirakosyan, the Armenian Representative in the European Court told “Lurer”.
The European Court had given Baku extra time until December 6 to present data on the captured Armenian soldiers. Azerbaijan has not yet implemented the decision of ECHR.
“The court promptly notifies these issues, it does not usually delay issues especially related to the 39th rule. However at the moment we continue our work despite that. Today we presented new proof to the European Court on the captured persons. Let’s wait for the developments on upcoming days”, said Kirakosyan.
