Vahagn and Zara are local artists who were involved in the activities organized by the ‘My Armenia’ project, funded by USAID and implemented by the Smithsonian Institution, US Embassy in Armenia reported.
Vahagn helped the USAID/Armenia Mission Director to make a clay pot. Zara supported the Ambassador and the Director to decorate their initials using the batik technique.
At the end of the master class, Ambassador Lynne Tracy and Mr. Allelo purchased the clay souvenirs made by the children. The proceeds will be dedicated to support the families affected by the Nagorno-Karabakh war.
