“The Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to carry out tasks to monitor the implementation of the agreements reached on a ceasefire and hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh.
No ceasefire violations have been reported over the past period.
Russian peacekeepers ensure the safe return of refugees to the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh refugees. In total, 52,058 people have returned to date .
During the period from January 29 to the present, the safe passage of nine automobile convoys of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the zone of responsibility of the peacekeeping contingent has been ensured
On January 30, at the request of the Azerbaijani side, the medical detachment (special purpose) of the Russian peacekeeping contingent carried out the evacuation of 16 sick servicemen of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces from the Vank settlement to Maghavuz, where they were handed over to Azerbaijani doctors.
Also on January 31, the Russian military police escorted 16 Armenian pilgrims from Stepanakert to Dadivank monastery and back.
Search for and destruction of unexploded ordnance continues by Russian engineering teams. To date, 973 buildings have been checked , more than 247 kilometers of roads, about 893 hectares of territory have been cleared , 23,950 explosive objects have been discovered and destroyed .
