"Everything connected with the provision of humanitarian aid to the population of Nagorno-Karabakh and the surrounding areas is in the center of our Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The Russian specialists have been working as part of a humanitarian mission since November last year. Priorities include providing medical assistance to the population, demining, detection and destruction of unexploded ordnance, control of the situation in unfavorable weather conditions and elimination of the consequences.
