Vitaly Balasanyan has been appointed Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council

According to the December 2 decree of the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan, Vitaly Balasanyan was appointed Secretary of the Security Council of the Artsakh Republic. This was reported by the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh President.
 
On the occasion of this appointment, Artsakh President Harutyunyan received Vitaly Balasanyan. Issues related to overcoming the current situation and internal and external security of the republic were discussed.
