Azerbaijan has stated its readiness to exchange prisoners on "all for all" basis

Azerbaijan advocates the "all for all" principle, in regard the exchange of prisoners. This was reported by the Azerbaijan State Commission on Prisoners of War and Missing Citizens, RIA Novosti reported.
