Based on the proposal of the RA Prime Minister, the President Armen Sargsyan signed a decree on dismissing Felix Tsolakyan from the post of the RA Minister of Emergency Situations. By another presidential decree, Andranik Piloyan has been appointed RA Minister of Emergency Situations.
