Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Vladimir Putin

The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The message in particular reads:

"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

Congratulations on the successful conducting of the All-Russian vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. This event, of course, was of fundamental importance for the further strengthening of Russia's statehood.

I am convinced that the changes in the country's Constitution which have been approved by the vast majority of Russian society create conditions for further progress in the country and its socio-economic development.

I wish You and the brotherly people of the Russian Federation peace and prosperity".
