"On the initiative of the City of Smile Charitable Foundation renovation works have been going on for several months and the first pediatric cancer department of palliative care in Armenia will soon be established.
The construction of this center is very important for patients with cancer and blood diseases the treatment of which unfortunately is still powerless.

During the two years of its operation the City of Smile Foundation has provided free treatment to more 300 children and young people from Armenia and Artsakh under the age of 25, provided them with medicine, surgery, 4 meals a day, and social-psychological service.
During this period the foundation provided support in the amount of more than 495,000,000 AMD. On a monthly basis the fund provides support of 30-40 million drams. According to statistics 70% of children with cancer and blood diseases are recovered in Armenia and Artsakh”, Anna Hakobyan wrote.
