The leader of the region is Georgia. The country is on the 41st place. Armenia is the 54th.
The leaders of the index are New Zealand, Switzerland and Hong Kong. Yemen (160), Venezuela (161) and Syria (162) conclude the list.
The Index is made through the collaboration of the American Cato and Canadian Fraser Institutes and German Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
