The winner was decided by the international professional jury, international children’s jury and TV viewer voting.
The winner of Depi Mankakan Evratesil was decided in the following way:
International professional jury, comprised of Armenian and international specialists of the field (1/3 of votes)
Children’s jury (unchanged), comprised of the previous participants of the Junior Eurovision (1/3 of votes)
TV viewers’ SMS vote (1/3 of votes).

In the first semi-final, the jury voted following a 1-11 point system, where 1 point is the minimum and 11 is the maximum (according to the number of the participants). The result of TV viewer vote was added to the vote of the two jury groups. The first five participants with the highest points qualified for the final.
