New threats dictate new partnership programs to the allies. Today, Baghramyan 26 received the Foreign Intelligence Service Director of Russia Sergey Narishkin. The President of the Republic underscored that in today’s fast-evolving world where new opportunities and challenges are emerging it is important strengthening the active interactions between special services. President expressed the hope that Sergey Naryshkin’s visit would add momentum to the cooperation with the Armenian colleagues.
“Our cooperation with the between Armenian security services is at a proper level,” assured the RF Foreign Intelligence Service Director. He stressed that the Armenian-Russian allied relations suppose close ties and partnerships at all levels, including the special services.
