New threats dictate new partnership programs to the allies. Today, Baghramyan 26 received the Foreign Intelligence Service Director of Russia Sergey Narishkin. The President of the Republic underscored that in today’s fast-evolving world where new opportunities and challenges are emerging it is important strengthening the active interactions between special services. President expressed the hope that Sergey Naryshkin’s visit would add momentum to the cooperation with the Armenian colleagues.
