The Foreign Minister stressed the importance of returning Artsakh to the negotiations table.
“There are positive tendencies toward the international recognition of Artsakh,” announced Artsakh’s Foreign Minister in Stepanakert. According to Masis Mayilyan, the peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict, the international recognition of Artsakh and the enlargement of decentralized partnership will remain the main directions of the foreign front in 2018. The Foreign Minister stressed the importance of returning Artsakh to the negotiations table and assured that Artsakh is ready to bear the responsibility de jure.
