The 17th session of Armenia-European Union partnership committee ended with a joint statement. It states that the parties reinstate the main message of EU-Armenia agreement regarding the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict: the issue must have exclusively peaceful settlement, on the basis of three main principles confirmed by OSCE Minsk Group - peoples’ right to self-determination, non-use of force or threat of force and territorial integrity. The statement also expressed disappointment regarding the failure of the Armenian initiative to regulate Armenian-Turkish relations because of non-constructive policy of the Turkish side.
