Armenia-EU Agreement is expected to be signed in November, at the Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels, announced European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Commissioner Johannes Hahn at the EU Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum in Tallinn. He reminded that it is the first time an agreement will be signed with a member of Eurasian Union.
