Today President Bako Sahakyan released the director of state service of emergency situations Komitas Karapetyan from his position and nominated him President’s representative with special assignments. Former representative of the President Karen Sargsyan will head the service of emergency situations. Former Minister of Education Slavik Asryan will work in the staff of Artsakh President as an advisor. Bako Sahakyan has a new economic advisor. Spartak Tevosyan will head also the economy department of the President’s staff. Shahumyan region has a new governer. Harut Mnatsakanyan has replaced Karen Yeghishyan.
