Proposals, observations and assessments on two army projects have been received from the whole Republic.
With the participation of the President of the Republic, the public discussions of “I am” and “Honored” programs have been concluded. Proposals, observations and assessments on two army projects have been received from the whole Republic. The opinions from different layers of society have been heard; positive attitude is prevalent. The Ministry of Defence will sum up the results; prepare a law project, the Ministry of Education – a government decision project for the organization of the testing phase of the program “Honored”. The President is convinced that the proposed solutions are flexible and long-term; the goals are to create the best conditions for the young people, to encourage educational growth and to link their future with Armenia. The Supreme Commander-in-Chief is sure that in the basis of “Observation point”, “I am” and “Honored” is the human, the soldier, the officer who has ensured and will ensure the safety of the country.
