The Parliament of Armenia approved the executive report of last year’s state budget with 53 for, 22 against and one abstaining. Before the vote Nikol Pashinyan, the leader of “Yelk” alliance announced that they are against the project and offered the opposition to refuse taking part in the vote. “If the opposition does not participate, the report will not be approved, as the votes of the parliamentary majority are not enough to approve it,” Pashinyan announced.
