Bishkek meeting of the Council of the CIS Heads of State.
President Serzh Sargsyan concluded his working visit to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. In the morning, the President of Armenia together with the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambaev and participants of the meeting of the Council of the CIS Heads of State - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of Moldova Pavel Filip visited the memorial in Arashan community dedicated to the participants and victims of the World War II, laid a wreath and paid tribute to their memory. The Heads of delegations also paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the tragic events of 1916 in Kyrgyzstan.
