A delegation of deputies from Federal Belgian parliament and Brussels territorial parliament visit Artsakh. The delagates have already met with Artsakh president and the parliament leader. During these meetings, the parties stressed the importance of parliamentary diplomacy, since the latter is a tool providing accurate perception about Artsakh issue to the international arena.
