With the start of the new TV season, the program will have a longer airtime and will include new rubrics. Famous cook, host and judge of culinary shows, Gayane Breiova from Russia will join the program. Our compatriot will present both her personal recipes and various national dishes from different cuisines.

“The Quality of Taste” will have another team member – nutritionist Vardanush Petrosyan, who will strictly judge daily special hero product, in case the latter appears to have dangerous and not healthy characteristics.

TV viewers will also learn several tips on how to use and store products, while the experts will focus on teaching consumers what to pay attention to while purchasing this or that product.

The program is implemented in association with the State Service for Food Safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of RA.

For junior viewers

Public TV Company has prepared several programs for its junior viewers. Special attention has been paid to the selection of programs foreseen for kids and teens. The programs will be educational and cognitive; will expand children’s outlook and curiosity.

“I Want to Become” – the program aims to help TV viewers (children) identify all existing professions and the secrets hidden behind.

Every time the TV series will focus on a single profession, accompanied by video illustrations, which will provide interesting and remarkable facts about the origin and history of the given profession.

The program heroes are the children who have already chosen their profession. The program host – Areg Galoyan, will visit them, speak to their family members trying to find out what exactly has determined their choice.

At the end of the program, the guest will be assigned to carry out an assignment with the help and tips provided by an expert,  which will then reveal whether the child has made the right choice or not.

“Archimedia” – TV series, which will enable our junior viewers familiarize themselves with scientific experiments, test laws of physics, and get to know the variety of combinations one can get by simply mixing several components and by using the knowledge obtained in the classroom.  The program is implemented in association with RA Ministry of Education and Science. The program host is Harutyun (Tosh) Daduryan.

The “Planet of Whys” will help kids find the answer to their “Why”s, even get the answer to such questions that has not yet occurred to them.  The permanent residents of the “Planet of Whys” will be Lilit Tokhatyan and Mika – the representative of Armenia in Junior Eurovision 2015. The program is replenished with a number of new rubrics – Levon Harutyunyan (the Wise man) among them. Levon Harutyunyan will help kids find the answers to their questions, while Aghasi (Senior comrade) will help them prepare interesting things.

Our young viewers will continue enjoying “Armenian Knight” struggle, thus updating their knowledge in Armenian and Armenian studies.

The First Channel will provide Armenian dubbing of recent cartoons and animations (՛՛Walt Disney՛՛), while film lovers are enabled to enjoy the best and most recent films by ՛՛Universal studios՛՛, ՛՛Paramount Pictures՛՛, ՛՛Walt Disney՛՛, ՛՛Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer՛՛, ՛՛Warner Bros.՛՛

Social

Lilith Muradyan and Vahe Khanamiryan will be hosting a new TV program in a completely new format. The program is based on the belief that there is no unsolvable issue, once all of us come together. Once the issue refers to the most vulnerable creatures – the children, then all the “conditions” are transformed into “actions”. The program stipulates fundraising; the donations will then be directed to children’s treatment. Those patients who have already overcome a disease will serve a good example of never giving up and continuing the struggle for the sake of plenty upcoming smiles.

“The Profession of a Journalist” hosts Sona Abrahamyan and Aelita Chilingaryan will continue their journalistic investigations, by producing special reports on the topics that need to be analyzed.

“An Armenian and Armenia” host Tigran Danielyan will provide further footage of the everyday life and lifestyle of our compatriots, as well as the exclusive gift of surviving in every corner of the world and creating the spirit of Armenia.
