Drastamat Kanayan – Dro, one of the prominent figures of Armenian Liberation struggle. On May 23rd, 1918, Dro was appointed as commander of Aparan epic battle. He has also commanded victorious battles in Armenian-Georgian war. The commander has played a significant role in the formation and strengthening of RA Armed Forces.
