Parliament’s second reading passed amendments in “National Assembly Rules" without resistance. The amendments were proposed by Zaruhi Postanjyan, Tevan Poghosyan’s and Ruben Hakobyan.
National Assembly, with no abstentions and votes against, also adopted the VAT relating bill suggested by executive-legislative bodies according to which within a year individuals can import one car from Eurasian Economic Union countries without paying the 20 percent of VAT.
