The parliament is back from the holidays. The first autumn session of NA took place on September 15.
The deputies discussed the issue of putting to referendum the constitutional reforms. The core theses were presented by the representative of the President of Armenia, member of Commission on Constitutional Reform Vardan Poghosyan.
The deputies via a voting decided to discuss the project of constitutional reforms in the National Assembly with a special procedure. Considering the great public interest and the demand of the opposition it was offered to broadcast the discussions on the First Channel.
The Council of the Armenian Public TV and Radio decided to organize on their own and since September 16 begin the live broadcast of the sessions dedicated to the constitutional discussions.
