The President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker declared that the opinion of Greeks must be respected and prevent Greece from leaving the Euro zone. Whilst the head of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde declared that the institution will not continue funding Greece. She explained that Athens didn't fulfill the payment intended for the international loaners.
In the result of the joint conference of the representatives of Greek Ministry of Finance and the banking market it was decided to prolong for one week the so called "bank holiday". According to the information only 1 million euros are left in the Greece banking system.
