Azerbaijan has delivered nearly 40 tons of equipment to Ukraine in support of the operation of the railway system, Ukraine's Ministry of Energy announced.
According to a post by the ministry on X, the equipment was transported through the Energy Ministry's humanitarian energy hub and delivered to one of the railway's regional divisions to assist Ukrainian railway workers and help maintain critical infrastructure.
The ministry said new equipment is dispatched from the hub to different regions of Ukraine on an almost daily basis, helping ensure the uninterrupted operation of both the energy sector and other critical infrastructure facilities amid the ongoing threat of Russian attacks.
Ukraine's Ministry of Energy expressed its gratitude to Azerbaijan for its continued support and assistance in strengthening the country's critical infrastructure.
