On June 16, Armenian Ambassador to Germany Viktor Yengibaryan participated in the annual reception of the Eastern Committee of the German Economy, during which he held a conversation with the organization’s President, Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser. This was reported by the Embassy.
The Committee is a major regional association of the German economy that promotes economic cooperation with 29 countries east of Germany, including Armenia. With more than 350 member companies, the association supports German and Armenian businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, in establishing contacts, implementing projects, and improving the economic framework conditions in the region.
The Armenian Ambassador invited Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser to visit Armenia and become acquainted on the ground with the new economic opportunities arising from the beginning of an era of peace in the region.
