Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Keir Starmer, on the occasion of the UK National Day. The message reads:
“Your Excellency,
I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of the United Kingdom on the occasion of the National Day, the official birthday of His Majesty King Charles III.
I note with satisfaction that relations between Armenia and the United Kingdom continue to develop and expand, based on the common values of democracy, rule of law and protection of human rights that unite us.
I was pleased to host you in Yerevan within the framework of the 8th Summit of the European Political Community, during which the strategic partnership between Armenia and the United Kingdom, established by our joint declaration, will certainly give new impetus to the strengthening of multi-sectoral cooperation and political dialogue between our countries.
We highly appreciate the United Kingdom’s continued support for the democratic reforms being implemented in Armenia.
I wish you good health and success, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of the United Kingdom.”
