Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will pay a working visit to Moscow on June 15-17, 2026, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
During the visit, talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergeը Lavrov, as well as other bilateral contacts, are planned. Details of the upcoming discussions are not being made public.
The parties will discuss current issues of Russian-Turkish cooperation, as well as the international and regional agenda, including the situation in the Black Sea and the South Caucasus. According to the spokesperson, Russia and Turkey maintain regular political dialogue at the highest levels.
Previous talks between Lavrov and Fidan took place within the framework of bilateral meetings and multilateral forums, including the Astana format for the Syrian settlement.
